Monmouth County Executive Superintendent Email Log (Dr. Lester Richens) for the month of July 2023 - September 2023. I would like a report similar to the one you provided to Make Noise on October 4, 2023, for the Ocean County Superintendent. The report should be date stamped and page numbered.

To narrow this request down I only want emails regarding the Wall Twp. BOE "to" or "from" Lester Richens, Brian Smyth, Tracy Handerhan, Dawn Choma or Kim Keator to ensure this is returned well within 7 business days and not require an extension.

Dear OPRA Custodian - New Jersey Department of Education,

I still await this reply from ORIGINAL request of 10/9/2023. You requested an extension until today and nothing has been returned.

I am trying to see if Lester Richens approved Rose Sirchio's contract and to date nothing has been provided under OPRA from your office and from the Wall BOE. No one will answer this simple question which is concerning.
