Modified Request for Evidence Vault Summary Report

This request has been withdrawn by the person who made it. There may be an explanation in the correspondence below.

Dear Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
This is a modification of a previous request that was denied. After reviewing the reason for denial, I have eliminated the part of the request that applies to the reason for denial.
Referring to the Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office Policy 09-18, Evidence Procedures, I am requesting a copy from the Evidence Computer Tracking System Master Report showing evidence submitted to and removed from MCPO custody between February 5, 2020, through February February 12, 2020. Redacted as necessary. I have already received this exact report redated from other counties so I am more confident that it will pass muster with your office.

Yours faithfully,

Bryan Bender
