Dear Rochelle Park Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
All Documentation that Committee Women Boniface has in here possession in regards to her statement that the Rochelle Park Volunteer Fire Department did not answer calls. This request includes but is not limited all emails (township email and personal email), text messages, voice mails, CAD entries and social media communications with specific date, time and type of call.

If the documentation does not exist please provide a notarized letter stating how she was informed of the incidents. Include how she was notified, date , time, type of call and who reported the missed call to her.
