Dear Ocean County Prosecutor's Office,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1) Your office's investigation procedure into misconduct of a Prosecutor.
2) Names of Prosecutor's that have been investigated from 2012 to present and the findings.
3) Names of all current prosecutorial staff and interns and their positions currently held.
