Good afternoon,
The minutes have not been approved at a CM – until their approved they do
not get posted on the Borough website. They are on the 7/15 agenda to be
approved for the CM tonight.
They will be placed on the Borough website tomorrow if approved – which
you would be able to view – however as long as their approved if you would
like me to email them to you tomorrow in response to your OPRA request
just let me know.

The Borough of Pine Hill received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on 7/2/24. This response is being provided to you within the
seven (7) business daytime frame which includes a slight delay.
Please see attached Pine Hill Borough June 3, 2024 minutes relating to
your OPRA request.
If your request for access to a government record has been denied or not
filled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a
right to challenge a decision by the Borough of Pine Hill. At your
option, you may either institute a proceeding in the Superior Court of New
Jersey or file a Complaint with the Government Records Council (GRC) by
completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form. You may contact the GRC

Trenton, NJ, 08625, by e-mail at [2][email address], or on its website
at [3]www.state.nj.us/grc. The GRC can also answer other questions about
the law. All questions regarding Complaints filed in the Superior Court
should be directed to the Court Clerk in your County. Just a follow-up in
re reading your OPRA Request it says all permits.
