Mike, I hope you and the family are well also and staying safe.
Re the Laura O post issue, I did discuss this with some members of the Mayor and Council and reviewed the employee handbook. The post is not actionable under the guidelines of the handbook, and she does have a first amendment right to freedom
of speech, so unless we have a violation, which does not exist here, she cannot be removed for cause from a committee where she was duly appointed.
You and others certainly have the right to voice your displeasure as to what is said on social media, as your first amendment rights are also protected, but so far as anything else at this point that is all I can offer.
Be safe,
Anthony Suarez

Hello Anthony,
Hope all is well with you and your family during these difficult times. Have to admit, I do miss the council at times, and watching last nights meeting was interesting to say the least.
My question is regarding the post Laura O had put up regarding the anti- Police sentiment and the rallies we had in Glen Rock last week. I have reached out to all the council persons about this and feel that she should be removed from
any committee or organization that is affiliated with the town of Glen Rock.
I am not sure what the next steps are in this process, and I know that many people feel the same way. I am looking for some guidance as to how to follow up with the council.
Again, hope all is well and all the best.
