The Borough of Midland Park does not possess or maintain the records being requested.
As of 11/18/20 Ordinance 12-20 states the Recreation Advisory Council shall require all quasi-municipal organizations to provide monthly bank statements of all accounts in order to maintain insurance coverage and field usage for their organization.
What the Borough has on file relative to the financial records of Baseball is attached and have been redacted for security purposes.
