Records requested:

1. Please provide your classification by the Middletown High Schools (North & South) Athletic Departments, especially for the Dance Teams, specifically whether they are classified as a "Sport", "Club", "cocurricular activity" or some other designation for each season (fall, winter and spring).
2. Regardless of the classification defined from the above query, please confirm whether members of the Middletown High Schools (North & South) Dance Teams receive pre-participation physical evaluations in accordance with the NJ Scholastic Student-Athlete Safety Act and if not, please disclose the reason why they do not qualify for physicals under this law.
