Dear Tom:
I write in response to your public records request seeking “videos and
reports of all gun incidents involving officers Dillard and hooper from
2014 to most recent.”
With regard to your request for videos, there are no records responsive.
As to your request for reports, such reports are exempt from disclosure
pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-9 and more specifically Section 9.6 of the
Attorney General’s Internal Affairs Policy & Procedures. For these
reasons, your public records request is denied.
