Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

3) Copies of proof of timely submission of the bid proposals from Michael Muller and/or Muller Public Strategies LLC, for the lease of the 2nd Floor Office Space located at 750 Centerton Road, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054 for the time period of September 1, 2023 through the present.

4) Copies of the resolutions of the Mount Laurel Township Council approving or accepting the bid of Michael Muller and/or Muller Public Strategies LLC for the 2nd Floor Office Space located at 750 Centerton Road, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054 for the time period of September 1, 2023 through the present. (Note: such resolution requirement is referenced in Section VII(A) of the RFP).

5) Proof of timely monthly rental payments from Michael Muller and/or Muller Public Strategies LLC for the 2nd Floor Office Space located at 750 Centerton Road, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054 for the time period of January 1, 2024 through the present.

6) Copies of monthly rental payment checks from Michael Muller and/or Muller Public Strategies LLC for the 2nd Floor Office Space located at 750 Centerton Road, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054 for the time period of January 1, 2024 through the present.

7) Copies of monthly rental payment bank transfers, ACH, and/or wire receipts from Michael Muller and/or Muller Public Strategies LLC for the 2nd Floor Office Space located at 750 Centerton Road, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054 for the time period of January 1, 2024 through the present.

8) Copies of proof of monthly rental payment from Michael Muller and/or Muller Public Strategies LLC for the 2nd Floor Office Space located at 750 Centerton Road, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054 for the time period of January 1, 2025 through the present.

9) Copies of email, text message, and paper correspondences sent by or received by employee Meredith Riculfy between Rebecca Paretti for the time period of September 1, 2023 through the present, containing any of the following search terms: "lease", "leasing", "office space", "bid", or "rent".

10) Copies of email, text message, and paper correspondences sent by or received by employee Meredith Riculfy between Michael Muller for the time period of January 1, 2023 through January 1, 2024, containing any of the following search terms: "lease", "leasing", "office space", "bid", or "rent".

We are in receipt of the documents you sent on June 10, 2025. However, same are not fully responsive to the requests made.

Specifically, your response did not include any copies of monthly rental payment checks and/or other proof of monthly rental payments for 2025, as requested in requests #6 and #8 (set forth below for your reference). If the Township has not received such payments, please advise as such.
