Per your OPRA request attached please find the case files, reports, and
dispatch records regarding Michael and Sandra Kaplon. Please be advised
that there are no pending lawsuit records and no video recordings, except
motor vehicle recordings. As to the motor vehicle recordings, we are
requesting an additional extension through April 22nd, as we have referred
that issue to the Borough Attorney's office for advice.
