WHEREAS, the City of Plainfield has need of strategic consulting services specific to the issues facing the City in the areas of government relations and lobbying; and WHEREAS, Mercury Public Affairs, LLC, having a business address at 200 Varick Street, Suite 600, New York, New York 10014-4809 has demonstrated knowledge, ability and expertise in this field;

Request all work that has been completed, inquiry into what has been ordered and pending. Who, at the city is in charge of the direction of the projects and who receives the reports.
What has signed off on and who has signed off on these documents.
Which employees of Mercury are the account supervisor and account executives that deals directly or indirectly with the City of Plainfield.
