           This office serves as the custodian of records for the County
of Mercer under the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA). We are in
receipt of your recent request for government records pertaining to the
above subject. Please accept the following response to same.

          Due to the COVID-19 public health crisis, the State of Emergency
and Public Health Emergency declared by the Governor of New Jersey, and
the State of Emergency declared by the Mercer County Executive, the County
offices are currently closed. As such, the County is unable to timely
