While reading "Camden After the Fall," I noticed that the book mentions a memorandum of agreement/understanding between Rutgers and the city Camden for the right of first use regarding public lands. I would like to request a copy of this memorandum of agreement/understanding and any other memorandum of agreement/understanding that exist between Rutgers and the city of Camden.
