RECORDS REQUESTED:

1. The "adequate notices" (N.J.S.A. 10:4-8(d)) that were "prominently posted" for the five (5) most recently held meetings of the Ethical Standards Board. If the posted notices aren't available, please provide the versions that were "mailed, telephoned, telegrammed, or hand delivered to at least two newspapers which newspapers shall be designated by the public body to receive such notices because they have the greatest likelihood of informing the public within the area of jurisdiction of the public body of such meetings . . ."

2. The meeting minutes, both public and nonpublic (closed or executive), for the five (5) most recently held meetings of the Ethical Standards Board.

3. The "adequate notices" (N.J.S.A. 10:4-8(d)) that were "prominently posted" for the five (5) most recently held meetings of the Rent Board (see Borough Code Section § 212-15). If the posted notices aren't available, please provide the versions that were "mailed, telephoned, telegrammed, or hand delivered to at least two newspapers which newspapers shall be designated by the public body to receive such notices because they have the greatest likelihood of informing the public within the area of jurisdiction of the public body of such meetings . . ."

5. A notice published on January 22, 2022 advised that the Ethical Standards Board would meet on January 26, 2022 "to confer with counsel in respect to the two currently pending complaints." Regarding this, I would like: a) the public and nonpublic meeting minutes of this meeting (provided that they were not already responsive to #2 above); b) any documents (including, but not limited to, notices of violation, notices of dismissal, notices of settlement) that resolved the two currently pending complaints addressed at that meeting.

6. Public meeting minutes of the three (3) most recently held Land Use Board meetings for which minutes are available.

7. Public meeting minutes of the three (3) most recently held Board of Health meetings for which minutes are available.

8. Public meeting minutes of the three (3) most recently held Board of Trustees of the Free Public Library meetings for which minutes are available.

9. For the person who presently serves as Emergency Management Coordinator, his or her "name, title, position, most recent annual salary and length of service." (See N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10).

10. For the person who presently serves as Chief of Police, his or her "name, title, position, most recent annual salary and length of service." (See N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10).

11. For the person who presently serves as Deputy or Assistant Chief of Police, his or her "name, title, position, most recent annual salary and length of service." (See N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10).
