Dear OPRARequest,
Why do you need another 2 days for what you should have readily available? It's nice that you ask for an extension at 4:56 pm on Friday on the last day of your other 5 day extension. It wouldn't matter what I said because you left just minutes later and went home for the weekend. I am not granting your 2 day extension but will agree to allowing you to provide me with the minutes to all of the meetings, as well as the audio recording to the 10-27-16 historic preservation commission meeting, by 5 pm on 2-5-2017.

Good afternoon,

there were no meetings on November 17^th, June 1^st or July 13^th. We
have 1 audio CD recording of the October Historic Preservation Commission
meeting ready for pick-up in our office at a cost of $1.50.
