With regard to your first question, we are going to require clarification. This appears to be a request for information and not a request for a document. What do you mean by what media monitoring do you conduct? Whom? Trenton is a large organization. Please make a request for a specific document. Thank you.
With regard to your second question, we are going to require clarification. What reports? Once again, this appears to be a request for information and not a request for a document. What reports are you speaking about.

In regards to the first question you should have a policy on whether you monitor for example Facebook, Twitter, local and national media?
You may produce reports for example how much negative and positive reporting there is of the City. I would like a copy of those reports?
For the third one if you use a professional servive do you have any documents on how much it costs?

Legislation was introduced and passed that offers relief on OPRA
deadlines:
During a period declared pursuant to the laws of this State as a state of
emergency, public health emergency, or state of local disaster emergency,
the deadlines by which to respond to a request for, or grant or deny
access to, a government record under paragraph (1) of this subsection or
subsection e. of this section [stipulating the 7-day deadline] shall not
apply, provided, however, that the custodian of a government record shall
make a reasonable effort, as the circumstances permit, to respond to a
request for access to a government record within seven business days or as
soon as possible thereafter.
We are making every effort to respond to every OPRA request with the
reduced staff and rotating work schedules, as soon as possible. I can not
definitely say when you will receive any documents that may be responsive
to your request.
