Dear John Glynn,

Above is the motion by the mcspca for reconsideration, here you will see the mcspca attorney stated the mcpo WILL fulfill all requests for opra for mcspca law enforcement division public records. The judge also stated at the hearing to direct all opra requests for the mcspca law enforcement division public records to the mcpo to fulfill as they ARE a government agency under the prosecutors office with the MOU, they are an instrumentality of an instrumentality. Are you refusing to fulfill my requests for OPRA?
Please let me know so I can act accordingly.
