1. The application for phase 2 approval submitted by the Mccorristin Square Charter School, located on the current premises of Trenton Catholic Preparatory Academy in Hamilton, NJ.
2. Any status update or notification provided to applicants or other parties regarding the status of the Phase 2 Charter Application.
3. All letters, forms, and other supporting documentation for this Phase 2 application, whether submitted by applicants or supporters
4. All letters, forms, and documentation submitted in opposition to the Charter School Application's approval
5. Should any documents that would record this information exist, please provide documentation identifying any individuals or companies employed by, or engaged to assist with, the filing of this application
Any and all of the 5 items submitted above should be considered distinct requests. Inability to provide any individual item should not be taken to invalidate this whole request, but instead should be taken to only impact the individual item in question. If components of any above request cannot be provided, please provide all components that can be.
Please provide records with all due haste, via email or other easily accessible method. Acceptable formats include: Microsoft Word or Excel, PDF, CSV, and Emails. Jpg or png image formats will suffice for images, or for files that cannot feasibly be provided via the former formats. Files may also be provided in a compressed .zip format, if necessary. Dear OPRA Custodian/Ms. Larkins,
I have not received an email with any information on how to access the MoveIT system you referenced. This is in violation of OPRA law, as we are past the April 18th deadline by a week at this point.
Please send the email to [email address] or otherwise advise on how the files can be delivered promptly.
Furthermore, please provide the remaining records requested (sections 2, 3, and 5) as well. They have not been provided, and we did not permit an extension. This is in violation of OPRA Law.
Finally, we fully expect that for a document that is a public record, individuals’ identities will not be redacted or concealed, should they be a part of the charter school application or publicly indicating support for the school in public documents. This does not extend to other personal and sensitive information, I.e. their addresses or contact information - just that their identities (names) will not be redacted. This is an important matter for the public’s record.
