Dear Parsippany-Troy Hills Township,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Emails regarding Case Number W 2018 391, Offense
2C:12-1A(1):SIMPLE ASSAULT-PURPOSELY/KNOWINGLY CAUSE BOD. INJURY from January 1, 2022-January 2, 2022. Any emails related to how an alleged assault of a police officer didn’t result in greater penalties.

Emails related to Case Number K 71665, Offense 39:4-97: CARELESS DRIVING: LIKELY TO ENDANGER PERSON OR PROPERTY from January 1, 2022-January 2, 2022 (Because speeding kills)

Emails mentioning Morris County Chairwoman Laura Ali after she called him the “least qualified and most overpaid Mayor in Morris County.” Emails mentioning Laura Ali after she suddenly flipped her support in favor of him.

Emails in August 2024 related to Barberio’s sudden calls for an audit of the Parsippany Board of Education following his criticism of members for supporting a political rival.

Emails from March-April 2025 coordinating attempts to disqualify county committee candidates in Parsippany’s fourth ward. Any emails from, to, or mentioning “Siobhan Fuller-McConnell,” from that time. Subsequent emails reacting to this attempt going down in flames. Any emails mentioning the surname “Palumbo” from February 2025-April 2025.

Any and all emails containing the word “censure” from January 1, 2025 - March 25. Any emails containing the words “4-0 vote,” “humiliating defeat,” “loss,” "embarrassment," or "disaster of biblical proportions" from March 26 - April 10, 2025.
