Records of charges related to the arrest of Gina LaPlaca, including any documents, forms, or reports filed in connection with the arrest on that date.
Body camera footage from the incident involving Gina LaPlaca’s arrest, specifically footage recorded on March 17, 2025.
If any of these records are exempt from disclosure under OPRA, please provide the specific legal basis for the denial and, if possible, redact any exempt portions rather than withholding the entire record. If any records are unavailable or destroyed, please notify me accordingly.

Personal identifying information, including personal telephone numbers, month and date of birth, home addresses, social security numbers, and juvenile related information, have been redacted. See N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1; Burnett v. Cnty. of Bergen, 198 N.J. 408, 423 (2009); N.J.A.C. 13:94-1.5(a)(3). Further, Motor Vehicle Commission information has been redacted. See N.J.A.C. 13:18-11.3.
With regard to your request for the BWC footage regarding the incident, we are working on same, and a response will be provided to you on or before March 27, 2025, unless an extension is required and will inform you of same.
