This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: A log of Mayor John Ducey's sent and received emails from
September 1, 2022 to February 28, 2023 which includes the sender name,
recipient name(s), date, and subject line.

I have received your OPRA request. You may not be aware, but the NJ OPRA law has changed as of 09/03/2024.
One of the changes is what is required in the request. Though you still do not have to use the OPRA official request form, you must have all of the required components, including the following:

I, or another person WILL / WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I, AM / AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceedings.
