I am baffled as to why the Borough redacted the minutes on litigation that was closed out nearly a decade ago.

There is no legal basis for the Borough not providing the meeting minutes requested on closed litigation and redacting minutes from 7, 8 and 9 years ago. Kindly provide the request meeting minutes unredacted.
