1) Vacant properties list
1A) Including owners situated out of town
2) Delinquent property taxes
3) Delinquent water/sewer payments
4) Current Open Code Violations list of all property types
(For 2-4 may I please ask for dollar amounts of total code violations, and delinquent prop taxes.)
If possible and is completely permitted by the law please include the following - property addresses, property block and lot, tax-id. Also, the owner’s information such as – name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. Please give us whatever information from the above you could provide. We would be grateful either way.

Please note, the township does not maintain a vacant properties list, therefore there are no records to provide for items #1 or #1A. For item #3, the township's water service is provided by NJ American Water. The township does not maintain their records nor have records for delinquent water payments to provide.
In addition, OPRA requests are to request specific records for the township to search and provide, if available. The township is not required nor expected to create new records, such as your request for information be provided on a spreadsheet. We will search and provide the records requested once received from the various departments.
