2) Delinquent property taxes
3) Delinquent water/sewer payments
4) Current Open Code Violations list of all property types
(For 2-4 may I please ask for dollar amounts of total code violations, and delinquent prop taxes.)
If possible and is completely permitted by the law please include the following - property addresses, property block and lot, tax-id. Also, the owner’s information such as – name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. Please give us whatever information from the above you could provide. We would be grateful either way.

Dear Ms. De La Cruz:
Attached is a list of delinquent sewer and property taxes per your
request.
The Township of Robbinsville does not handle water, it is a private
company, Aqua NJ. Also, we do not keep a list of vacant properties.
Therefore, these portions of your request are considered denied as per
NJSA 47:1A-1.1, because no records were found.
With regard to #4 of your request, please provide us with a list of dates
that you are seeking violations for, and we will be happy to perform a
search to see what we have on file.
