4) Current Open Code Violations list of all property types
(For 2-4 may I please ask for dollar amounts of total code violations, and delinquent prop taxes.)
If possible and is completely permitted by the law please include the following - property addresses, property block and lot, tax-id. Also, the owner’s information such as – name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. Please give us whatever information from the above you could provide. We would be grateful either way.

attached please find excel sheets from our Tax Collector Department for
delinquent tax & sewer. Please contact NJ American Water for the
delinquent water payments. Please be advised that there are no responsive
records for the vacant properties list and current open code violations.
Please be advised that all home addresses, home phone numbers and personal
e-mail addresses have been redacted. Under N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1 information
concerning individuals as follows is not subject to disclosure: home
addresses, home phone numbers or personal e-mail addresses.
