County of Mercer under the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA). We
are in receipt of your recent request for government records pertaining to

Please be advised your request is denied, as it is overly broad. The
County is not required to conduct research, or create records, in response
to an OPRA request. See, MAG Entertainment, LLC, 375 N.J. Super. 534 (App.
Div. 2005). OPRA “… is not intended as a research tool… to force
government officials to identify and siphon useful information.”
