1) Vacant properties list
1A) Including owners situated out of town
2) Delinquent property taxes
3) Delinquent water/sewer payments
4) Code Violations list
(For 2-4 may I please ask for dollar amounts of total code violations, and delinquent prop taxes.)
If possible and is completely permitted by the law please include the following - property addresses, property block and lot, tax-id. Also, the owner’s information such as – name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. Please give us whatever information from the above you could provide. We would be grateful either way.

I am asking for some clarification please. I understand that you would
like a vacant properties list, however I am unclear about "owners situated
out of town"... do you mean for the vacant properties?
Same question for "Delinquent property taxes"... All delinquent properties
or just those that are vacant? Same question for code violations list....
zoning violations or construction violations or just violations for vacant
properties?
Finally, what time frame are you inquiring about?
Please be aware that delinquent water/sewer payments are through the HMUA
and you need to contact them for that information. 908-852-3622.
Please advise as soon as possible.

Good Day! Thank you for clarifying and for the fast response. To clarify:
1) Owners situated out of town - if possible please provide the addresses of properties in Hackettstown where the owners are situated somewhere else (Maybe they abandoned the house, or maybe it is just their rest house).
2) Delinquent taxes from all properties in the township
3) Any type of code violations that are open as of today in the entire township
4) Time frame - year to date and any open cases as of today

Good Day. Thank you to all the people who helped us with these. We really appreciate your work.
Although I have one concern, may I please ask for clarification on the vacant lists? Does this include vacant lots? Because as I mentioned in my follow-up last time, we are only looking for abandoned and rarely occupied houses. I just want to be sure if, if not all, which properties I should add to our leads :).
