3) Delinquent water/sewer payments
4) Code Violations list
(For 2-4 may I please ask for dollar amounts of total code violations, and delinquent prop taxes.)
If possible and is completely permitted by the law please include the following - property addresses, property block and lot, tax-id. Also, the owner’s information such as – name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. Please give us whatever information from the above you could provide. We would be grateful either way.

Grace, I went into the system and reopened it, deleted the OPRA machine email and put in the email you provided below. I re -released all of them to you and then closed it again.

Good Day Ma'am! Sorry for the late response. Thank you to all the people who helped us with these (Especially Ms. Kim, by going to some extent to help us get our requests). We really appreciate your work.
We understood the cases with the vacant and delinquent utilities lists. Also may I please ask if we could deny to accept the code violations list? We do not have an allotted budget for this task, hence the OPRA request was sent online (paperless), I am so sorry for the inconvenience and efforts put to waste. But we cannot really pay for this.
