This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

If possible, may I please request the following (preferably listed on a spreadsheet):
1) fire damaged properties (Building/Structure fires) of this year – 2023 (Address and Date)
2) Vacant properties list
2A) Including owners situated out of town
3) Delinquent property taxes
4) Delinquent water/sewer payments
5) Code Violations list
(For 3-5 may I please ask for dollar amounts of total code violations, and delinquent prop taxes.)
If possible and is completely permitted by the law please include the following - property addresses, property block and lot, tax-id. Also, the owner’s information such as – name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. Please give us whatever information from the above you could provide. We would be grateful either way.

maintain a vacant properties list. Delinquent sewer can be found with
South Brunswick Township Utilities. Water is private.

The information you are requesting pertaining to vacant properties,
delinquent property taxes, water/sewer payments are records that do not
pertain to Code Enforcement (Building Division). There are no “lists”
available for this type of information, records can only be retrieved by
specific property location or by block/lot.
