If possible, may I please request the following (preferably listed on a spreadsheet):
1) Vacant properties list
1A) Including owners situated out of town
2) Delinquent property taxes
3) Delinquent water/sewer payments
4) Current Open Code Violations list of all property types
(For 2-4 may I please ask for dollar amounts of total code violations, and delinquent prop taxes.)
If possible and is completely permitted by the law please include the following - property addresses, property block and lot, tax-id. Also, the owner’s information such as – name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. Please give us whatever information from the above you could provide. We would be grateful either way. (If there is a payment needed even for a soft copy, please skip)
