Maxson Ave speed study

We're waiting for Concerned resident to read a recent response and update the status.

Concerned resident

Dear Point Pleasant Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: Any and all data and reports prepared by the Point Pleasant Police Department for traffic studies and/or surveys conducted on Maxson Ave between May 1st 2021 and July 30th 2021, in addition to any emails or correspondence sent by, received by, or between members of the police department.

Yours faithfully,
Concerned resident

Lt. David L. Radsniak,

Concerned resident,

Please clarify your request, "in addition to any emails or correspondence
sent by, received by, or between members of the police department".   The
way this is phrased you are requesting to receive the originators sent
email as well as the recipients received email between members of the
police department.  This would result in 28 copies of the same email which
had been sent to 27 members of the police department.  Please clarify if
this is your intent or if only the sent email will satisfy your request.

Regards,

Lieutenant David L. Radsniak

Dear Lt. David L. Radsniak,
To clarify, I would consider one email sent to 27 recipients, to be one email. To clarify, "in addition to any emails or correspondence sent by, received by, or between members of the police department". Means that I am requesting any emails received from someone outside the department (redaction of non-police email addresses and names is acceptable) to members of the police department, responses to these emails from members of the department to other members of the department, and any emails from members of the department to people outside the department. Again, redaction of non-police email addresses and names is acceptable.

Yours sincerely,

Concerned resident

Antoinette Jones, Point Pleasant Borough
