Dear Matawan-Aberdeen Regional School District,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

1. Please provide your classification by the Holmdel High School Athletic Department, especially for the Dance Team, specifically whether they are classified as a "Sport", "Club", "cocurricular activity" or some other designation for each season (fall, winter and spring).
2. Regardless of the classification defined from the above query, please confirm whether members of the Holmdel High School Dance Team receive pre-participation physical evaluations in accordance with the NJ Scholastic Student-Athlete Safety Act and if not, please disclose the reason why they do not qualify for physicals under this law.
