Dear Linden Housing Authority,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Please provide a copy of the resolution appointing Marlene Berghammer as the agency's executive director, and a copy of the contract proposed by said resolution.

Director and the Board are in the process of updating the contract based
on the resolution passed at the last board meeting. I will provide a copy
once the contract is duly executed.

What about the resolutions? I requested the initial resolution hiring the ED on 2/10 and I've received nothing. Why can't that be provided immediately? Please also provide the resolution amending the contract ASAP.

Dear Mr. Kratovil,
As I mentioned in my last email, once the contract is completed and
signed, I will be more than happy to provide you with a copy. But
unfortunately, I cannot give you something that, to the best of my
knowledge, is not completed. Once again, as soon as it's available I will
send it over.
