Please provide a copy of the following resolution and the contract referenced within:

RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY AND
URBAN REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC CITY RATIFYING THE
EXTENSION OF THE MANAGEMENT CONSULTING SERVICES CONTRACT
I will need these records no later than Monday. Please let me know if you are able to email it within that timeframe. If not, I will come and pick it up in person on Monday. Please advise.

Mr. Kratovil: Attached in response to your referenced OPRA request is a
copy of ACHA Resolution 9703-08-23. As you may know, the Resolution was
tabled at the Board’s August 24 meeting. There is no contract or other
document relating to implementation of the Resolution, as it was not
adopted.
Feel free to contact me with any questions regarding this matter, as Ms.
Shample will be out this week.
