LTV Council Meeting Recordings (August 25 – September 10, 2018)

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Livingston Township should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Concerned Livingston Residents

Dear Livingston Township,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:

All audio and/or video recordings of Livingston Township Council meetings (including regular, conference, workshop, special, executive, or reorganization sessions) that were broadcast and/or recorded by Livingston Television (LTV) between August 25, 2018 and September 10, 2018 (inclusive). This request specifically includes:

- The complete original broadcast recordings (full sessions, unedited where possible)
- Any archived copies maintained by the Township, LTV, or the Township Clerk's office

If recordings from this exact narrow date range do not exist (e.g., if no Council meetings occurred or were broadcast during that period), please advise accordingly. If meetings did occur, the Township Council typically holds meetings on a regular schedule, and LTV broadcasts them on cable channels (Comcast 34 / Verizon 26/28) and/or maintains archives.

My preferred delivery method is by email, with responsive records provided as attachments (e.g., MP4, DVD files, or links to downloadable copies if available online). If files are too large for email, please provide them via a secure file-sharing link or advise of any applicable reasonable special service charge for production/delivery.

Please confirm receipt of this request. If you are not the custodian of these records (or if LTV or another department holds primary custody), kindly forward this request to the appropriate custodian and provide their contact information for future reference.

Yours faithfully,

Concerned Livingston Residents
