Dear Requestor,
In response to your inquiry in the attached OPRA Request, the New
Brunswick Tax Assessor’s records do not reference any Subdivision for
Block 146 Lot 22.01.
However, in reviewing the attached Tax Map pages, which are versions of
the same page at different points in time, it appears that Lot 22.01 was
at one time 4 separate smaller lots that were Consolidated into the
current Lot 22.01.
Those former lots appear to have been Lots 22, 23, 24 and 25 in Block 146,
and they appear to have been Consolidated between the years 2003 and 2009.
I hope this information is helpful, and ask that you please call the Tax
Assessor’s Office if you have additional questions about the attached
documents.
