Dear Beachwood Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Video footage either BODYCAM or DASHCAM involving South Toms River Detective Meier mooning a Beachwood Officer with his bare ass while on duty during the course of a EMS call in Beachwood. This occurred mid-November of 2018.

Chief and Captain, It appears there was a very similar request a while back which no records exist, however, the name of the STR Detective is a bit different which may be a typo in either case but I am forwarding to you to be sure. Thanks, Sue
