Looking for all open and closed permits and applications for property located at 137 Lexington Avneue

Good Afternoon
I am in receipt of your OPRA request. We will reply to your request no later than October 29th. I have forwarded your request to the Rumson-Fair Haven Building Department to advise on any open permits for the above referenced property.
I pulled the closed permit file and found the following:
1. In 1986, permits for general renovations, minor repair, painting.
2. In 1996, a permit for an oil tank removal
3. In 1996, A Zoning Board of Adjustment application was submitted and approved for the construction of a two-story addition consisting of a first-floor family room and bathroom and a second story bedroom and bathroom and to construct a one-story wooden deck at the rear of the new addition.
4. In 1996, Building, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire permits were issued based on the Zoning Board of Adjustment for the two-story addition, bedrooms, bathroom and deck.
5. In 1998, permits were issued to renovate the kitchen and repair the front porch.
6 In 2002, permits for a 3-ton air condition unit.
7. In 2008, permits to finish the basement
8, In 2011, burglar alarm and an additional smoke detector
9. In 2017, Replacement of a water line
You are more than welcome to look at the pulled closed file. Office hours are Monday through Wednesday and Friday, 8 am - 4 pm and Thursdays 8 am - 8 pm.

Good Morning,
The 137 Lexington Ave file is still out at Borough Hall for your buyer to review: office hours are 8a-4p Monday-Friday and until 8pm on Thursdays. I have not received the open permit information from the Building department yet- they have until 10/29 to reply and I will pass it on when I receive it.
