Richard- I apologize, but it appears that Mr. Heyman did in fact have a
C/O inspection done 5/29/2018 before you moved in. It may have been lost
in our multiple Boro hall moves. He is sending his copy to me and I will
send it to you when I receive it. Thank you !
I have attached a copy of the C/O for 534 Park Ave from 5/29/2018-which I
believe is right before you may have moved in.
