Long Term Tax Exemptions and PILOT Payments

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1) all approved applications for long-term tax exemptions (LTTE's), including cover letter, attachments/exhibits, and other accompanying documentation for 2018-2020
2) the ordinances approving each such tax exemption and the financial agreements, including all attachments/exhibits, and other accompanying documentation, for each, for 2018-2020
3) records sufficient to show the dates and amounts of all payments in lieu of taxes (PILOT's) made in connection with each such tax exemption for 2018-2020

I am writing in response to your OPRA request for:

During 2018-2020 there have been no approved applications for LTTE. Therefore no records exist for 1,2 or 3.
