Records requested: Please provide a copy of The Summons, Police reports CAD report and any and all communications both written and via email to the Ocean County Prosecutors Office and the Mayor of Long Beach Township in regard to this matter. All emails and Communications including Power DMS and texts from/To Anthony Deely in regard to Mr. Pahlow and this case. Any and all Communications to any officers including email and any other electronic communication systems used in the police department. We are seeking the full complete case file.
