Loitering Ordinance

The request was successful.

Please accept this as my request for government records under both OPRA and the common law right of access. Thank you very much for your commitment to transparent government.

BACKGROUND:

On May 10, 2010, the Borough Council passed Ordinance No. 2010-1541 that repealed Code § 3-8, (Loitering). The Borough Council took this action in response to my request, in my capacity of Chairman of the New Jersey Libertarian Party's Preempted Ordinance Repeal Project. Unfortunately, I did not retain a copy of the repealed § 3-8 in my files.

RECORDS REQUESTED:

A copy of § 3-8 (loitering, not the current smoking code) as it existed immediately prior to its repeal.
