Log of sent and received emails for Mayor Veler and Councilman Gage
Dear Salem City,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. The log I am seeking is the type requested in Paff v. Galloway and includes the sender, recipient, date, and subject matter fields. The NJ Supreme Court said this is a government record and that creating the log is required.
I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
