Good afternoon,
This is in response to your request made under OPRA and the common law
right of access filed with Livingston Township on May 26, 2023 in which
you requested the following:

Please see the attached spreadsheet. Redactions have been made pursuant to
N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1 for inter-agency or intra-agency advisory,
consultative, or deliberative material. In addition, redactions have been
made for work-related calendar entries or meeting invites/requests. These
are not emails, thus they are not responsive to the request. Further, they
are not subject to disclosure under Gannett New Jersey Partners, LP v.
Cty. of Middlesex, 379 N.J. Super.205 (App. Div. 2005). Insofar as they
pertain to employee time off, they are personnel records exempt from
disclosure under N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10.
