Local 10A SOA MOA Appendix A 2023-2026 Salary Guide

Resolution R-259-23 approving the MOA between the City and SOA Local 10A specifies that a 2023-2026 Salary Guide shall be shown in attached Appendix A.
There is no appendix A or salary guide attached. Only the PBA Local 10 Salary Guide.
Please provide the Local 10A 2023-2026 Salary Guide as referenced in the Resolution / approved MOA in PDF format via e-mail.

Dear City of Long Branch NJ,
Please note, that I reject having to create a separate account to receive or review my request.
The City has already demonstrated they possess the ability to respond to my request via the medium and demanding an entirely separate account is unduly burdensome.
Further, even when I attempted to establish the portal you reference, I cannot access anything, nor create an account.
Please provide the referenced document at once.
I requested an Appendix which should have listen in the Minutes and such document should be readily available as it already should have been published.
