Please note with regard to item #1 your request for copies of proofs of
service is denied as there are no responsive proofs of service in the
District’s possession. In addition, no Answer has been filed in the case
under Docket No. OCN-L-2406-18 during the period from July 2020-February
2021.
Please note with regard to item #2 that any redactions appearing in the
responsive resumes are made pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 in order to
safeguard from public access personal information in which individuals
have a reasonable expectation of privacy. In addition, your request for
employment applications is denied as such records are exempt personnel
records pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10.
