Dear Records Custodian,

Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (NJSA 47:1A-1 et seq.), I am requesting a list of all tax sale certificates currently held by Borough of Carteret that were struck off to the municipality at any tax sale (no date range restriction), including block number, lot
number, property address, amount of lien, and date of tax sale.

I request these records in electronic format if available.
If there are fees associated with fulfilling this request, please inform me in advance.
