All properties that are absentee owned and/or deemed vacant.

All properties with open liens and code violations, this list should also include amounts of balances owed and the type of violation related to each particular property.

515 Race St. currently has Public Nuisance, Unsanitary Conditions,
Occupied Dwelling, High Grass, Weeds, Maintenance and Exterior Structure
Violations.

Other than that there are no open Violations.
