List of Properties with outstanding taxes, liens, & violations, etc.
Dear Municipal Authority,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
All properties that currently have delinquent taxes which date back up to 2 years that include balances of upwards of $4,000.
All properties that are absentee owned and/or deemed vacant.
All properties with open liens and code violations, this list should also include amounts of balances owed and the type of violation related to each particular property.

The Township of Lumberton received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on January 15, 2019. The official Records Custodian, Debra L. Shaw-Blemings, received your OPRA request on January 15, 2019. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is January 25, 2019. This response to your request is being provided to you on the 6th business day after the custodian’s receipt of said request.
